The 10 Professional Practices embody the common body of knowledge within the industry at this point in time; February 2009. They address the components that are required to implement
a comprehensive Business Continuity Program.
These practises validate the existing knowledge of professionals
and are used in awarding BCP certification. They are public domain
available through DRII (DISASTER RECOVERY INSTITUTE
INTERNATIONAL)
and DRIC (DISASTER RECOVERY
INSTITUTE CANADA).
