  • Table of Contents
  • Executive Summary
  • General Information (including policy)
  • Response Activities
  • Recovery Procedures
  • Appendices

Important

The format of the plan is basically a list of activities required to recover and continue service delivery. It includes things such as call lists, the location of the EOC, a list of essential recovery activities, etc.

It should be easily accessible and portable and retained by all involved individuals.  

There are many plan formats – design one to meet your
specific needs.
