Purpose: Activities:
To assist in maintaining the currency of continuity capabilities and the BCP document in accordance with the organization’s strategic direction.

Regular updates must be scheduled according to policy.

A report card mechanism can be used to encourage timely participation.
  1. Pre-plan and coordinate the exercises
  2. Facilitate the exercises
  3. Evaluate and document the exercise Results
  4. Update the Plan
  5. Report results/evaluation to management
  6. Coordinate ongoing plan maintenance
  7. Establish audit program

It involves many participants across the organization.
