Cooperative placements offer significant value for both students and employers. They provide students with valuable hands-on experience in their field of study and apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations. They also allow students to build a professional network within their industry, connecting them with future employers and mentors.
For employers, students in cooperative placements bring more than just a fresh perspective. They bring unique insights and a wealth of potential, adding value to your team and organization. Offering co-op placements demonstrates a commitment to investing in the future workforce and supporting post-secondary programs.
If you have cooperative placements for post-secondary students, be sure to have them posted to our job opportunities page. Opportunities can be sent to tammy@dri.ca.
